Three-star camp site by the Sognefjord at the road Rv13, 3,5 kilometres west of Vangsnes ferry terminal, 7,5 km north of the community centre Vik. Sectioned in terraces where all sites and cabins have nice views over the Sognefjord. High standard equipment: Laundry room with washing machine and laundry drier. Excellent sanitary facilities.
Cabins (Hytter):
3-star cabins with 2 x 2 beds, hot & cold water, heater, refrigerator, boilerplate. No bedcloths, 20 metres distance to sanitary facilities.
4-star cabins of high standard with shower/WC, bedroom with a double bed, livingroom with a sofa bed, all rooms with pillows and duvets. No bedcloths/bed sheets, kitchen with kitchenware for 4 persons.
Some cabins have satellite-TV.

We can recommend you various excursions/tours in and around Vik and Vangsnes, on foot and/or by car, or excursions by boat on the famous Sognefjord.

Day excursions:
Boat to Bergen (4 hours to the city centre) and return. Boat to Fjærland to the glacier Jostedalsbreen, The Norwegian Glacier Museum & Ulltveit-Moe Climate Centre and The Norwegian Book Town. To Gudvangen by car from where a boat takes you over the famous Nærøyfjord (UNESCO's World Heritage List) to Flåm, with the famous Flåm Railway to Myrdal and return. Boat tour to the beautiful Finnafjord (halv-day trip).
